About Dr. Stillman
I became interested in natural medicine as a child. I knew that, as Hippocrates said, "The physician treats, but nature heals." I decided to become a medical doctor to obtain the best training and to learn the science behind natural and holistic medicine.
I attended Connecticut College and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2010. I received my bachelor's of science degree in Environmental Health and Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.
I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2014. I completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine in Portland, Maine. I am board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
I now practice holistic and integrative medicine in Richmond, Virginia, where I grew up.
